A Single Man
It is very
intriguing. I think there is a strong relationship between beauty and live, death and loneliness.
Colin Firth is simple superb, very serene and
composed. Believe it or not the movie shows a strangely funny way of this English
professor desires to commit suicide. After the death of his loved partner, he
believes life is over. It is bizarre because despite of George Falconer (Colin Firth) being a very depressed and
lonely middle-aged man, he manages to meet these 2 most gorgeous men in very random situations. George appreciates beauty by its most. The images showed are so beautiful and romantic.
By the end I hoped he
felt in love again, but he dies of a hard attack, which ends up to be pathetic and it made me think
that life is so amazing, we need to enjoy it more and certainly appreciates its
beauty.
